2022 Vintage Report

A long, cool ripening season with not a single day over 26°C. Overcast skies and dry days through February, March and April – no Sydney-style coastal showers – meant zero disease pressure and beautifully clean, concentrated fruit with vibrant natural acidity.

We were nervous. But nature delivered.
The result? A Pinot Noir bursting with energetic fruit from small, dry-grown berries, and serious
mid-palate weight and power – thanks to four hours on skins in the basket press.

Elegant. Focused. Utterly delicious.
