De Salis Wines invites you to an intimate dinner to celebrate the start of Thirteenth Vintage @ Lofty Vineyard

A six course dinner prepared by the renowned Michael Manners matched with De Salis Museum & Current Release Pinot Noirs including Pinot Sparkling Wines.

Duck Liver Parfait
Canard Crepinette, Potato Galette with Madeira Sauce
Duck Leg and Mushroom Risotto with a Consommé
Maigret of Duck on Beans and Summer Vegetables
Poached Stone Fruit and Creme Fraiche
