Our Cellar Door has reopened with control measures in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers. We have implemented all government restrictions and these include limiting the number of persons on the premise at the one time.
To ensure the safety of our staff and customers we require all customers to book online prior to their arrival at the Cellar Door.
Saturday Bookings – our tastings on Saturdays will start on the hour and they will run for 45 minutes. On Saturdays we accept group bookings up-to 8 guests. We will have bookings either side of your tasting, so your understanding and prompt arrival will be appreciated.
Non Saturday Bookings – our normal tasting runs for 1 hour or more, so please feel free to leave ample time to enjoy De Salis. Non Saturdays we accept group bookings up-to 10 guests.
Our Tasting Fee is $20 per person, the tasting fee will only be charged after the wine tasting, and only if wine is not purchased, or if you do not attend your booking.
Due to limited supply, our sparkling wines are now allocated only to wine club members and are not being poured at cellar door.
