Weather is quite commonly a maximum of 4-15 degrees at 1050m altitude.
Please bring warm clothes and jackets.
Please Note
Saturday & Public Holiday Bookings – our tastings on Saturdays will run for 1 hour.
Non Saturday Bookings – our normal tasting runs for 1 hour or more, so please feel free to leave ample time to enjoy De Salis.
We only accept group bookings up-to 6 guests. We dont not accept groups over 6 people booking multiple tables.
